This page explains how, when, and where Boostaro ships, what it costs, and how long delivery typically takes. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Multi-bottle packages ship FREE within the United States. When you order a 3-bottle or 6-bottle package, the cost of standard ground shipping inside the U.S. is included in the listed price. 1-bottle orders ship via standard shipping with a small flat-rate fee added at checkout.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International orders may incur additional shipping fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges that are the responsibility of the recipient.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's location and estimated delivery date. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries. Some destinations may be restricted based on local import regulations for dietary supplements.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize an address is incorrect, email support@bostaro.us immediately. We may be able to update it before the package ships. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made and re-shipment fees may apply.
All Boostaro orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. No mention of the product name, contents, or category appears on the outside of the box.
During promotional periods, holidays, or unexpected shipping carrier disruptions, processing or transit times may be slightly longer than usual. We will email customers proactively if any meaningful delay is expected.
